| TRAINING
The center has been a training ground for local and international
students in ayurveda and panchakarma. Several international
students have taken back home the message of ayurveda and
succesfully running their own ayurveda centre.Many take
consultation and advice for their centres.Dr Sonali has
recently helped a german student start her own centre in
Germany. Students are given indepth knowledge of therapies
and medicines used in ayurveda. Dr Sonali has been practising
yoga for several years and has developed her own techniques
by combining ayurvedic treatments with "specific yoga
" exercises for relaxation and relieving pain in chronic
ailments.
The students are sent to Kerala for an Advanced Course.
Certificate Course in Kerala Ayurveda Massage Therapy.

4. Modern anatomy related to massage in brief.

2. Different types of massages: Abhyanga, Mardan, Udvartan
etc.
3. Kerala massage - Shirodhara, Chavetti, Pizhichil, Kizhi.
4. Different oils used for massage and their indications.
5. Preventive and their indications.
Preventive and therapeutic massage treatments.
Setting up an Ayurveda Centre:
Kerala ayurveda chikitsalayam and its team of ayurvedacharyas
and trained massage therapists are willing to extend their
full co-operation and support for the cause of setting and
establishing ayurveda centres in any part of the world.
